HQ: Ingleton community centre. Course details (Circuit of the Dales) START at northern end of lane signed Bentham 2 ½ / Menwith 3 ½ at junction with A65 Settle to Kendal road approximately 1 mile south of Ingleton village. Proceed north west to the junction with A687 main Lancaster road (1.85 miles / Height 450ft). Fork left through Burton-in-Lonsdale (keep right) to Greta Bridge and junction with A683 where straight on (Care) to junction with A65 main Kendal road. Fork left down the hill then right (Care) on to A683 main Sedburgh road (10.35 miles /160ft). Proceed through Casterton, KEEP RIGHT approx. 2 miles past Middleton then RIGHT again after a further mile on to the A684 main Hawes road (20.07 miles/370 ft). Proceed through Sedburgh (bearing left in bend in road to go through town centre) and take the right turn beyond the village along the A684 through Garsdale to the Moorcock Inn (30.09 miles/ 802ft). After a further 4 miles, KEEP RIGHT over Yore Bridge through Appersett to the top end of Hawes village (36.09 miles/802ft). Turn sharp right up the hill on to B6255 Ingleton road and proceed via Newby Head (42.09 miles/ 1421ft) and Ribblehead (45.92 miles /980ft) to FINISH at field gate on north west side of road approx. 250 yards before the entrance to White Scar Caves car park approximately 1 ½ miles before Ingleton village(803ft). .
Mainly undulating, long drag up Garsdale to Moorcock Inn, steep climb from Hawes to Newby Head, then fast descent. Course Record Gethin Butler 1h 57m 51s

HQ: Torver village hall. Course details - START AT Torver on the west-bound carriageway of the A593 and directly opposite the T-junction sign approximately 100 yards west of the junction with the A5084. Proceed in a south-westerly direction along the A593 (Beware sharp ascents, descents and narrow sections of road) to Broughton (6.6 miles) where straight on through village centre, up the sharp hill and on to Wreaks End junction with A595 (7.8 miles). Take the sharp left bend (Care) on to the A595, direction Barrow, to the foot of Grizebeck hill (9.5 miles) – timed hill climb. Straight on, on to A5092 (Kendal/Lancaster road) up the hill (Hill tops out at 11.3 miles) and on to Lowick junction with A5084 (13.7 miles). Bear very sharp left (Care needed) direction Coniston, and continue on B5084 through Blawith and (Beware new cattle grid) to the FINISH at Lane Ends 100 yards before T-junction near the start. (Distance approximately 19.9 MILES). .
Extremely tough circuit. Steep climbs and twisty descents to Broughton, 1.8 mile climb (timed) on Grizebeck, then fast descent and undulating to finish. Course Record Gethin Butler 47m 2s.

HQ: Main Hall of Glaxo Sports & Social Club, Harmire Road, Barnard Castle. Course details - starts with a 3 mile climb (about 1 in 12 or less) before descending into Eggleston and then climbing several long drags to reach the summit of the Bolihope (approx 1800 feet). Another long descent and stiff climb takes you into Weardale and the descent of Unthank Bank into Stanhope. The unduating 4 mile loop brings you back to the bottom of Unthank Bank, 0.65 miles of 1 in 6 with a steeper S-bend, followed by a further mile of drag bfore the descet into Bollihpoe Bottom and the main climb of the course. A 1 in 6 S-bend opens out onto a deceptively steep 1.5 mile drag, followed by the final 1 mile ascent of the Bollihope (approx 1 in 8). The ride back to Barnard Castle is then mainly downhil except for the leg sapping climb of Folly Bank about 0.5 mile of 1 in 10.
The course is basically a 17 mile out and back route with a 4 mile loop in Weardale at half distance. Rider's times relate quite closely to flat 50 times.

HQ: Winmarleigh Village Hall. Course details - (Cockerham circuit x 2) START on B5272 Cockerham Road approximately 200 yards north west of traffic lights on A6 Garstang by-pass at a point directly opposite the Speed Camera warning sign on north side of road. Proceed along the B5272 to Cockerham (4.27 miles) where bear left on to A588 where continue to Stakepool to bear left opposite the Elletson Arms (9.08 miles). Continue to Cogie Hill where straight on to T-junction at end of Kilcrash Lane (13.38 miles) where turn left along Longmoor Lane to turn left into Nateby Crossings Lane near Flag Hotel (14.33 miles).Continue over canal bridge (Care) and continue to bear left on to B5272 and proceed north to Cockerham (19.16 miles) Bear left on to A588 and continue to Stakepool to bear left opposite Elletson Arms (23.97 miles) and proceed via Cogie Hill to T-junction at end of Kilcrash Lane (28.27 miles). Turn left into Longmoor Lane to turn left into Nateby Crossings Lane near Flag Hotel (29.22 miles) to FINISH in line with concrete Telecom cover on east side of road approximately 80 yards short of junction with B5272 (30 MILES). .
The circuit is flat, but extremely twisty with an undulating surface between Stakepool and Nateby. 2005 Winner Gethin Butler 1h 6m 32s
